Vintage Nature: All items offered on Vigna Vintage are vintage or pre-loved products. Purchase implies acceptance of the described state of preservation. Authenticity: Vigna Vintage guarantees the originality of every piece. We are not affiliated, associated, or official partners of the brands featured on the site. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Authentication Services: Vigna Vintage offers technical authentication opinions and digital consultations.

• Withdrawal: Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to digital services already performed. Once the authentication result has been sent, no refund can be requested.

• Liability: The service provides a professional opinion and does not replace official legal certifications issued exclusively by the parent companies.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vigna Vintage reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Vigna Vintage confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as Vigna Vintage may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. In the event of a refusal, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. Security Seal: The right of withdrawal is correctly exercised only if the Vigna Vintage Security Seal is intact and has not been removed. Removal or tampering with the seal constitutes use of the item that compromises its integrity and its nature as a certified article, making it non-refundable. You represent and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or family use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the effective price at the time the order is placed and will be visible in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, published prices do not include taxes, customs fees, or shipping, handling, and import costs. Prices in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or other third-party shops. From time to time, we may offer promotions that affect prices, which are subject to independent terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, payment, and account information. You represent that (i) credit card details are true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the card, (iii) charges will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the published prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Receipt and "Acceptance under Reserve": At the time of delivery, the User is required to inspect the packaging. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or wet, it is mandatory to accept the delivery "under reserve", specifying the reason on the courier's document. Without this notation, insurance will not cover damages and Vigna Vintage cannot proceed with refunds for transit damage. Re-shipping costs for incorrect or incomplete addresses are entirely at the User's expense.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, and videos, are owned by Vigna Vintage, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by US and foreign copyright and intellectual property laws. You understand that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Vigna Vintage. You expressly release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with Vigna Vintage.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
