Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We partner with the best express couriers (DHL / UPS / FedEx / Poste Italiane) to ensure excellent service and secure handling of your purchases.

Italy: 1-3 business days | Rate: €6 (Free on orders over €500)

European Union: 3-5 business days | Rate: €15

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3-5 business days | Rate: €25

USA & Canada: 5-7 business days | Rate: €50

Rest of the World: Exact rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


Important Delivery Notes

To ensure the maximum security of your purchase, please read the following procedures carefully.

Parcel Receipt and "Acceptance under Reserve"

Upon delivery, we invite you to carefully inspect the packaging. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, wet, tampered with, or if the sealing tapes have been altered, you must accept the delivery "under reserve" (subject to inspection), specifying the reason on the courier’s delivery document (e.g., "Accepted under reserve due to visibly crushed box").

Please note: Without this specific notation, the courier's insurance will not cover any damages. Consequently, Vigna Vintage will not be able to provide refunds or replacements for transit-related damages that were not promptly reported to the courier upon receipt.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Vigna Vintage is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming. In the event of a "return to sender" due to an incorrect address, all reshipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.

Failed Delivery Attempts (Storage)

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will typically make two delivery attempts. Afterward, the parcel may be placed in "storage" (giacenza) at the local depot. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and, if necessary, contact the courier for collection. Should the parcel be returned to Vigna Vintage due to failure to collect or refusal of delivery, the original shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Signature Required

For security reasons, all our shipments require a signature from an adult upon delivery. It is not possible to request delivery "without signature" or to unattended locations (e.g., gardens or porches).

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. In the event of a return, any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods are non-refundable.
