Return and Refund Policy
At Vigna Vintage, every piece is selected with care, passion, and a commitment to authenticity. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item does not meet your expectations, you may proceed with a return by following these guidelines.
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Security Seal: Every item is shipped with a "Vigna Vintage" security tag. Returns will not be accepted if this seal has been cut, removed, tampered with, or replaced.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vignavintage.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the address where the package should be sent.
Shipping and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. * It is mandatory to use a tracked and insured shipping method for the full value of the goods.
Vigna Vintage is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Orders (Non-EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.), the following additional conditions apply:
Customs and Duties: Please note that all shipments originate from Italy (European Union). Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
Non-refundable Charges: In the event of a return, any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods are non-refundable.
Customs Documentation: The package must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on the pro-forma invoice to facilitate customs procedures.
Deductions from Refund: Should Vigna Vintage incur any customs duties, import VAT, or clearance fees to receive the return back in Italy, these amounts will be fully deducted from your final refund.
